About us

Meet Dr. Kalpana Sringar

Dr. Kalpana Sringar is a mental health professional with over 30 years of experience in psychological counseling, corporate mental health training, and community well-being initiatives. She is the driving force behind Fragile Minds – Centre for Psychological & Sexual Wellness, and has been leading awareness and support programs across India through Prakruthi Charitable Foundation. Over the past three decades, Dr. Kalpana Sringar has conducted numerous mental health sessions, workshops, and counseling programs for corporate employees, students, parents, teachers, and marginalized communities. Her work combines professional expertise with compassion and social commitment.

Dr. Kalpana has extensive experience in corporate training and counseling, having worked with several reputed organizations to promote employee mental health, stress management, and emotional resilience.

Awareness and Digital Outreach

Dr. Kalpana has also worked actively to raise mental health awareness through digital and media platforms.

She conceptualized and presents the awareness programme “Tuning a Fragile Mind”, which is available on YouTube through Prakruthi Charitable Foundation and other news channels.

The programme focuses on educating people about mental health, anxiety, depression, stress management, and emotional balance.


She has also contributed mental health content to the Eenadu newspaper, Etv Life and many more, reaching a wide audience with topics on emotional well-being and psychological awareness.
